Who can buy from BuyBulk?
Both private consumers and businesses are welcome to order from our online store. There is no trade registration or business account required — anyone can place an order directly through our website.
Do I need an account to order?
No, a customer account is not required at checkout. You can order as a guest. Creating an account is optional but makes it easier to track your orders and reorder in future.
Are there any minimum order requirements?
There is no minimum order quantity or value required to place an order. You can order as little or as much as you need. Note that free delivery applies to orders over €150 within Ireland.
Buying for your business?
If you are ordering for a business or in larger quantities, feel free to browse our full range of products or contact us to discuss your needs. We also have a dedicated Businesses Outside Ireland collection.
Shipping: We ship in Ireland for free on orders over €150, there is a €5.99 delivery charge for orders less than €80
Outside Of Ireland: We ship to many European countries
Delivery: When an order is placed, you will receive instant confirmation via email stating your order has been fulfilled. What 'fulfilled' means is that your order has been sent for picking and packing. Orders placed on Sunday to Thursday normally dispatch one to two days after being placed with www.dpd.ie. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday normally dispatch on Monday or Tuesday, excluding Bank Holidays. If there is a stock issue with your order, we will let you know if there is a delay. In rare cases, courier companies misdirect parcels to the wrong destinations, so always allow enough time for the delivery of the goods you need. If you would like the tracking number of your order, please request it by email. The weight of orders is calculated online to include packaging. You must be available to take a call from delivery courier on the phone number you provided when ordering.
Courier Company: The courier company we use in Ireland is DPD giving you peace of mind knowing that your goods in transit are in the hands of professionals. Your order can be tracked and traced all the way to your door.
Payment: We accept credit, debit card, and PayPal payments online. You can request bank pay and we will give you a call and you can pay for your order over the phone via bank card. All goods have to be paid for online in advance. Sorry, we do not provide a cash-on-delivery service.
