Ingredients: Chilli Pepper, Salt 24%, Onion, Sugar, Cumin, Garlic, Oregano, Lime Extract, Lemon Powder, Anti-Caking Agent E551, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Coriander Leaf, Smoke Flavour. Fajitas are one of the most popular dishes in Mexican cuisine. Strips of seasoned Chicken and/or Steak served sizzling with onions & peppers. Accompany with Tortillas, Salsa, Sour Cream and Guacamole. Ingredients for 10 portions 1 kg x Butterfly chicken breast cut into strips raw 300 gram sliced onion 300 gram sliced peppers 60 gram Mexican Fajita Spice Mix Fry the onions & peppers quickly in hot oil. Set aside. Fry the chicken or steak in hot oil & add the Fajita Seasoning, once the chicken is cooked add the onions & peppers.
