First Communion

The first communion is a Christian ceremony in Ireland as is in many different countries, where a young person recives the Eucharist for the first time, normally between the ages of seven and thirtheen and before making their confirmation. The event is carried out in the Catholic Church by the priest. The girsl normally wear a beautiful white dress and boys wear very smart suits, the whole family will dress in their best!
